Planned Parenthood Abortion Quotas?
I’ve known for years that Planned Parenthood conducted some legal, but very morally sketchy procedures in their nationwide offices. After reading this article, they’ve fallen to the bottom of my list of worst organizations. The former Planned Parenthood director who quit after viewing an abortion through an ultrasound has spoken out about her former employer, saying to WorldNetDaily that she was pressured to meet abortion quotas, to keep her numbers high, and she even pressured her employees to meet abortion goals as well. To increase revenue, according to Abby Johnson, more abortions were performed and even chemical abortions were performed during the week.
Race for the Cure Funds Planned Parenthood
Jesus warned us to not be deceived, and the deceptive practices of many are all around us in what I believe are these last days. It was recently learned that the popular Susan B. Komen Race for the Cure, an event to raise funds to fight breast cancer, donated more than $700,000 to Planned Parenthood last year. One person who donated to the fund requested — and received — a refund from the campaign after learning of their Planned Parenthood donations. Instead of not running at all in a race that weekend, Steve Crampton has organized his own race, now known as the Race for the Unborn, to benefit the Mississippi personhood amendment that would recognize the unborn through a constitutional amendment. Way to go, Steve!
Arizona Planned Parenthood Sues Over Abortion-Limiting Laws
As if there aren’t already too many abortions in this country, Planned Parenthood of Arizona has sued the Arizona state government seeking to overturn new laws recently signed by Governor Jan Brewer to reduce the number of abortions performed in the state by out-right banning of partial-birth abortions. A second bill signed into law prevents non-physicians from performing abortions. Planned Parenthood has challenged, claim the new law package “threatens women’s access to health care in Arizona.“
