Church Burned in Pakistan Over Blasphemy Charges

A Christian church in Jataykay village, Pakistan, was burned after a Christian boy, referred to in the article as Robert, was accused of blasphemy against the Quran, the Muslim holy book. However, the incident was apparently fueled by allegations the boy was having a love affair with a Muslim girl in the village. The blasphemy allegations against Robert were only applied after his relationship with the Muslim girl in the village became known. The church received partial damage because of the fire. Robert has been arrested but the blasphemy charge has yet to be registered against him.
